Where can I buy Kátua items?

Are the items sold separately or as sets?
All our items are sold separately. If you see a complete look in a photo, you can mix and match the pieces however you like. We suggest purchasing both to recreate the full look.
How do I know what size I am?
Each item includes a size guide. If you're unsure, feel free to message us on Instagram or WhatsApp — we’ll help you choose the best option.
Which countries do you ship to?
We offer international shipping; message us to get a quote.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package. During certain seasons, we launch free shipping campaigns — stay tuned to our social media and newsletter to take advantage of them!
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. You can request an exchange for a different size or a different item within the first 5 business days after receiving your order.
Please note:
The item must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
What is the process to start a return or exchange?
You must contact us via WhatsApp at +57 301 705 9557 or through Instagram with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on Katua’s part.
What types of fabrics do you use?
At Katua, we mainly work with natural fabrics and lightweight fibers, ideal for warm climates. Our garments are designed to feel light, comfortable, and breathable on the skin.

Will you restock an item that’s sold out?
No. At Katua, we work with limited editions to offer exclusive pieces. Each item is produced in small quantities, so if you love something, we recommend not waiting too long. 💛
Do the garments come with any kind of warranty?
Yes. All our garments have a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Additionally, we offer an after-sales service where we do our best to assist you even after the warranty period. In such cases, additional costs may apply depending on the situation.
What does it mean that Katua works with limited editions?
It means that each design is produced in small quantities and is not reproduced again. This makes every piece special and exclusive, designed for women who value uniqueness and quality craftsmanship.
Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No. You can shop without creating an account, although having one allows you to more easily track your orders and save your information for future purchases.
