We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item for a refund or store credit subject to the following conditions:

- items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order.

- items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed including tags, shoe boxes and sanitary labels. Please be careful when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that show any signs of damages, hairs, makeup stains, odors, or the scent of perfume. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for a return.

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale or Discounted Items.

Should we identify unreasonable patterns of returns or purchase, or use of garments for the creation of content for personal or professional gains, we may restrict or refuse future orders.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping options are available to be chosen once you have completed your returns online. The below recommendations are optional and are not mandatory.

If you choose to use your own shipping method, our return shipping address will be provided to you once you have processed your returns online. We recommend returning items through traceable mail and that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting return items as KATUA cannot issue a refund on items that are not received.

The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to KATUA. KATUA will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

Return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable.
