Do you sell wholesale or to other stores?
Yes. If you have a physical or online store and are interested in selling our garments, you can apply to become an authorized Katua stockist.
What is the minimum order for wholesale purchases?
Our minimum order is 100 pieces, with 8 units per style, which can be mixed in colors and sizes. We’ll explain all the details once you get in touch with us.
Do you offer exclusivity by city or region?
Yes. We offer territorial exclusivity to selected stores that meet certain criteria and maintain a consistent order volume. Contact us to evaluate your request.
Do wholesale orders allow exchanges or returns?
Wholesale sales are final and do not allow exchanges or returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects. We recommend carefully reviewing the size guide and catalog before making a purchase.
How long does wholesale shipping take?
Wholesale orders have a processing time of 3 to 5 business days before shipping. Delivery time will depend on the destination city.
What is the difference between wholesale and distribution?
Wholesale is designed for stores or individuals who want to purchase multiple units of our garments at a special price, without any commitment to recurring orders. The client selects the products they wish to purchase based on availability.
Distribution involves a closer, ongoing relationship with Katua. In this model, we offer additional benefits such as territorial exclusivity, priority access to new launches, and preferential commercial terms. Katua is responsible for selecting the products to be sent, ensuring a curated selection aligned with the brand's identity and the profile of the point of sale.
Additionally, under the distribution model, there is the possibility of signing a consignment agreement, where products are delivered with no upfront payment, and only the sold items are settled within an agreed period.
What does a consignment agreement involve?
In a consignment agreement, Katua provides you with a selection of products to display and sell at your physical store without the need to purchase them upfront. You only pay for the pieces you successfully sell during an agreed period. Unsold items can be returned according to the terms of the agreement.
This model allows you to offer our pieces without taking on the full inventory risk.
How do I apply to become a Katua distributor?
If you have a physical store and want to distribute Katua in your city, please email us at katuastore@hotmail.com telling us about your business, location, experience, and why you would like to distribute our brand.
Our team will review your application and contact you to explain the requirements, conditions, and steps to get started.
Can I customize labels or packaging if I am a distributor?
We do not offer label customization at this time. All garments come with the Katua brand. If you wish to carry out special collaborations, we can evaluate them on a case-by-case basis.
